Yariv Reches has a diverse and extensive work experience across various industries. In 1991, they co-founded Vertigo and served as its CEO, overseeing the development and execution of business plans, marketing strategies, and strategic collaborations. Yariv was responsible for infrastructure construction, budgeting, and day-to-day management. From 1998 to 2003, Yariv worked at EPS Tech as the Head of Planning and IT, where they successfully reorganized product management methods, leading to increased revenue generation. From 2004 to 2012, they co-founded and served as CEO of Arcos Technologies, a leading developer and manufacturer of video and audio processing and broadcast solutions. The company's annual revenues grew to multimillion dollars under their leadership. Yariv then joined ATX Networks Ltd. as the CEO and President of their Israeli branch from 2012 to 2016. In this role, they focused on promoting and driving digital product sales in Europe, resulting in a significant increase in sales. Since 2016, Yariv has been the Founder and Senior Executive of multiple businesses and initiatives, including SEPA, HOMIDIA, SIP, and Showroom. In 2018, they co-founded Anodyne Clinical Inc. and served as its CEO, and also co-founded Hyper Food Robotics Ltd. and served as the COO.

Yariv Reches received an Engineer's Degree in Industrial Engineering & Management from Coventry University, where they studied from 1994 to 1998.
