Chaz Henry

Chaz Henry is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software development and leadership, currently serving as CoFounder and CEO of HyperCard.AI since June 2025, where a focused team builds innovative agents using technologies like React and Python. Previously, Chaz held the position of Director for the Diligence GPT initiative at Alvarez & Marsal, leading the development of M&A due diligence tools utilizing AI. Prior roles include Deal Advisory/Tech Strategy Consultant at KPMG, Principal Solution Architect at SAS, and founder at PowerChalk. Chaz's career also encompasses significant positions as Chief Technology Officer at iON Camera, Lead Software Engineer at Ticketmaster, and VP roles at both Nortel Networks and Clarify. Chaz obtained a BSCS from Eastern Kentucky University and completed graduate work in Computer Science at North Carolina State University.
