Alex Happs

Alex Happs has a diverse work experience spanning various sectors. They most recently worked at HyperFinity as a Senior Analytics Engineer, where they contributed to the development of decision intelligence tools for retailers and brands. Prior to this, Alex worked as a Principal Analyst at NHS England and as a Senior Information Analyst at NHS Digital. They also held a role as a Data Science Graduate Trainee at NHS Digital, where they gained experience in different analytical teams and worked on statistical projects. Earlier in their career, Alex worked as a Clinical Support Worker at Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust, a Barista/Sales Assistant at The Commute Coffee House and Cycle Workshop, and a Bartender at THE BLACK HAT ILKLEY LTD. They also had experience as a Health Care Assistant at York Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, a GP Out of Hours Call Handler at Yorkshire Ambulance Service NHS Trust, and a Retail Assistant at Asda.

Alex Happs pursued a Bachelor's degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science/Research and Allied Professions from the University of Bradford from 2014 to 2018. Prior to this, between 2012 and 2013, Alex completed an Access to Higher Education Diploma in Health Care at York College, York UK. Before that, from 2006 to 2008, Alex obtained a BTEC Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design from York College, York UK.
