Amanda Copetti

Amanda Copetti currently serves as the Coordenadora de Gente at Hype Empreendimentos, managing human development teams, recruitment, and personnel departments since June 2021. With a strong background in Learning and Development, Amanda has held positions including Supervisora and Analista, where responsibilities encompassed supervising team activities, onboarding processes, conducting audits, developing training policies, and implementing knowledge management strategies. Prior experience includes roles at inFlux English School as an English teacher. Amanda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidade Positivo and is pursuing an MBA in Project Management and Agile Methodologies at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul.
