Paolo Ocleppo

Paolo Ocleppo serves as the Director of Sales and Product Management at Hyperion Materials & Technologies since July 2018, where responsibilities encompass developing sales in specific regions and managing global product segments with accountability for P&L. Previously held roles at Hyperion include Sales and Segment Manager for Wear Applications and Segment Manager for Rotary Cutters, focusing on global strategy development and product management. Prior to Hyperion, Paolo Ocleppo worked at Sandvik in various positions, including Segment Manager and Global Marketing Manager for Rotary Cutting Solutions, actively engaging in marketing plans, product lifecycle management, and sales forecasting. Early career experiences include being an Application Engineer at TASS International, specializing in passive safety systems and customer support. Paolo Ocleppo holds a Mechanical Engineering degree in Biomechanics from Politecnico di Torino and has completed a Digital Marketing certificate, along with a Business Administration degree from emlyon business school.
