Tony Ramirez

Tony Ramirez has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Tony began their career at MiraCosta College as a Calculus Educator, where they helped college students understand and succeed in calculus. Tony then transitioned to Tallyrand Industrial Systems, where they served as a Latin America Sales Associate and Engineer, representing the company and assisting customers with PLC-based controls and linear industrial cut off actuating systems. Tony later took on the role of Manufacturing Manager at Tallyrand, overseeing production, testing, troubleshooting, and installation of industrial accelerators for the roll forming industry.

In 2015, Tony joined Hyperion Companies, Inc., starting as a Project Engineer, responsible for managing projects and ensuring their smooth execution. Tony then advanced to the position of Engineering Manager, where they oversaw the engineering department and its operations. Tony further progressed in their career at Hyperion, taking on the role of Director of Business Development, where they focused on expanding the company's market presence and forging strategic partnerships. Currently, Tony holds the position of Vice President Operations at Hyperion Companies, overseeing the overall operations of the organization.

Tony Ramirez has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from UC Irvine and an Associate's degree in Mathematics from MiraCosta College.
