Nicola Longfield

Nicola Longfield currently serves as Chief Commercial Officer and Board Member at Hyperlayer, overseeing the company's non-FI B2B merchant, loyalty, rewards, media, and advertising sectors, while also managing the marketing and growth strategies for the HyperJar B2C app. Prior to this, Nicola held the position of Vice President of Restaurants at Deliveroo, leading a 150+ person team in various commercial functions. With extensive experience at PayPal, Nicola progressed through multiple senior leadership roles, defining the value proposition for small and mid-sized businesses across major markets and managing significant teams internationally. Nicola also contributed as a Board Trustee for the International Refugee Trust and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, as well as a BSc from The University of Sheffield.
