Mark Sirek has worked in the marketing and copywriting field since 2012. Mark started as a Salsa Cycles Copywriter at Quality Bicycle Products, where they wrote copy for a wide variety of Salsa needs and was responsible for maintaining brand voice and identity. Mark also wrote video content and provided artistic direction for Salsa's Redpoint, Deadwood Sus, "I Ride for Her" and "The Benchmark" videos, as well as articles and stories in 2015 and 2016 Annual Storybooks. In 2018, they began working as a Marketing Copywriter at Hyperlite Mountain Gear, where they produce content for the website, blog, "The Trailhead" community hub, social media, and print pieces. Mark is also responsible for developing the brand voice and expertise in the emerging ultralight segment of backpacking and multi-sport adventure markets.
Mark Sirek obtained a Bachelors of Fine Arts from Augsburg University between 2001 and 2005, with a field of study in Art and Education.
