Charlie Cordell

Charlie Cordell is a seasoned engineer specializing in fuel cell technology and propulsion systems within the hydrogen and electric vehicle sectors. Currently serving as Principal Systems Engineer for Fuel Cell at Hypermotive since October 2024, Charlie has held prominent roles at HVS as Principal Engineer for Propulsion and Senior Engineer for Fuel Cell & Systems. Prior to HVS, Charlie was Lead Engineer for the Tevva Rex at Tevva eTrucks and Technologies, contributing to the development of a hydrogen fuel cell range extender, and served in various engineering capacities, including Graduate EV Systems Engineer. Charlie holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Sussex, earned in 2019, and possesses a deep understanding of fuel cell and EV system integration, as well as relevant safety implications.
