Ernesto D. serves as the DeFi GTM Director at Hypernative since July 2025, following a tenure as Business Lead at Tres.finance from 2023 to 2025. Prior to this, Ernesto held the position of Enterprise Sales and Partnerships at Bitwave in 2022, focusing on partnerships with enterprise brands to manage crypto assets. Ernesto co-founded and served as CEO of Mr. Block from 2020 to 2023, providing crypto education. Earlier in the career, Ernesto worked as an Account Director at Demandbase, a leader in Account-Based Marketing. Ernesto holds a degree from Rutgers University and attended the Edward J. Bloustein School of Planning and Public Policy.
