Gina Ty-Wharton

Gina Ty-Wharton is an accomplished quality management professional with extensive experience across various IT sectors. Currently serving as Quality Director at Hyperoptic Ltd. since May 2018, Gina previously held the position of Head of Quality at T-Systems in the UK, where responsibilities included membership on the UK Board of Management. With a strong foundation in IT service operations from T-Systems International GmbH, Gina's roles encompassed managing incident, problem, and change functions, alongside technical governance and continuous service improvement, among other tasks. Previous positions include Technical Manager at Siemens IT Solutions and Services Pvt. Ltd. and Service Design Authority at Siemens, as well as technical roles at the BBC. Gina holds a degree in Computer Studies from the University of Nottingham and A levels in Computer Science from Blackpool Sixth Form.
