Nikola Vukasovic

Nikola Vukasovic is an experienced data analyst and business operations professional with a background in various roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as an ISP Data Analyst at Hyperoptic since August 2022, Nikola specializes in creating custom reports using Tableau and Excel, resolving queries, and presenting performance metrics to the executive team. Prior to this, Nikola worked at NCR Corporation for six years, initially as a Help Desk Specialist, then advancing to the role of Business Ops Analyst, where responsibilities included analytics, KPI tracking, and ensuring contractual obligations. Nikola co-founded the Center for Education and Project Management, focusing on project management, seminars, and donor relations, and served as a Sales Assistant at Vukasović – NIK KOLOR d. o. o., managing client relations and sales data analysis. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philology.
