Mark Walker has worked in the software industry since 1989. Mark began their career at Newmarket, an Amadeus company, as the Director of Quality Assurance. In 1997, they joined Scribe Software as the Vice President of Technical Resources, then became the Director of Technical Resources and Vice President of Customer Success. In 2018, they moved to TIBCO as the Director Customer Support, where they managed the integration of Scribe's Support organization and customers to TIBCO's support operation, then transitioned it to a global 24x7 service implementing TIBCO's standards, procedures, and SLAs. In 2022, they joined Hyperproof as the Senior Director, Support, Content and Community.
Mark Walker attended the University of New Hampshire from 1984 to 1988, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
