Katrina Thaler

Katrina Thaler is a professional with a diverse background in human resources, tutoring, and business management. Currently serving as Human Resources & Company Operations at Collier Aerospace since April 2021, Katrina previously worked as a Lead Tutor at Christopher Newport University, where responsibilities included managing a math tutoring cohort, training new tutors, and enhancing communication strategies. Katrina also held positions as a Mathematics Tutor and Leadership Adventure Facilitator, gaining experience in individualized student support and group coordination. Additionally, experience includes a nonprofit internship at Urban Hop, where Katrina contributed to social media and grant writing, and a role as Career Planning Student Intern at Christopher Newport University. A founder of KitKatKards, Katrina successfully established a card-making business.
