Gowshini Maheshwaran

Gowshini Maheshwaran has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Gowshini started their career as a Human Resources Intern at Roots Industries India Limited in 2018. Gowshini then went on to work as a Human Resources Intern at Conscript, Astorianz Industries, and The Rising People welfare society in 2020. In 2021, they joined Hypersonix Inc. as a Human Resources Assistant and later got promoted to the role of Human Resources Executive.

Gowshini Maheshwaran completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management from Sri Krishna College of Technology from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Secretaryship from PSG College of Arts and Science from 2016 to 2019.

In addition to their formal education, Gowshini Maheshwaran has also obtained several certifications. In July 2020, they completed a certification in time and stress management from Saylor Academy. In May 2020, they obtained a certification in performance management and competency mapping from Globysn Business School. In April 2020, they acquired a certification in risk management in the financial sector from TCS iON LifeLong Learning. Gowshini also completed a certification in career edge from TCS iON LifeLong Learning in April 2020.
