Nahid Mohseni

Nahid Mohseni has extensive work experience in various roles. From 2022, they have been working as a Product Quality Analyst at Hypertec Group, where their responsibilities include collecting and analyzing quality-related data, ensuring data integrity, and creating dashboards and reports using Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Power BI.

Prior to their current role, they worked as a Customer Service Agent at Teleperformance from 2021 to 2022. In this role, they responded to customer contacts through various channels and resolved customer problems.

Before joining Teleperformance, Nahid worked at Maskan Bank from 2001 to 2017 in different roles. They served as an Economic Analyst (Team Leader), Research Analyst (Team Leader), and Statistical Analyst. In these positions, they monitored and analyzed economic and financial data, developed macroeconomic reports, and supervised market research and product development.

Nahid also holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Statistics from the same university, which they earned from 1992 to 1997. Nahid Mohseni completed their high school education at Kousar High School from 1987 to 1991, where they obtained a diploma with a focus on Mathematics and Physics.

In terms of additional certifications, Nahid Mohseni received the "McGill Personal Finance Essentials" certification from McGill University in October 2022.
