Nancy Pickering

Nancy Pickering has extensive experience in incident management and support services, currently serving as an Incident Manager at Hypertec Group since August 2020. Prior to this role, Nancy held the position of Manager ATS at Limited Brands Canada from June 2000 to August 2020, and worked in a service desk capacity at La Senza between June 1997 and June 2000, providing front-line support for stores. Nancy's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science from Concordia University, completed between 1987 and 1992, as well as prior education from John Abbott College.
