Michał Kaczmarczyk

Michał Kaczmarczyk, MBA, serves as the Senior Distribution Sales Manager for Hypertherm since December 2010, overseeing the distribution network in Northern Central and Eastern Europe and Central Asia, including countries such as Poland, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan. Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, evaluating distributors, conducting training, and promoting company products at trade events. Prior to this role, Michał held the position of Sales Director at Paks'D Sp. z o.o., managing a team and the distribution network of Parker Hannifin products, and worked as a Sales Manager at ESAB, focusing on sales processes in South-Western Poland. Michał holds an Executive MBA from Cracow University of Economics and a Master of Engineering degree from The Silesian University of Technology.
