Carolyn Stone

Carolyn Stone has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Carolyn began their career at Samuel Cabot, Inc. as a Technical Service Representative and later became an Inside Sales Team Lead and a Field Sales Representative. Carolyn then joined Wilderness Log Homes as a Sales Manager, Northeast, where they led business activities and facilitated growth in the Northeast Region. Carolyn then worked at Real Log Homes, Inc. as a Sales Manager, Eastern, where they led a high-performing team and developed regional sales and marketing strategies. Following this, they worked at Dartmouth-Hitchcock as a Recruitment Specialist, specializing in various areas such as Information Technology, Finance, and Healthcare. Carolyn then joined Hypertherm Associates, where they held multiple roles including Corporate Recruiter and Senior Corporate Recruiter. Carolyn later became the Director of Global Talent Acquisition & People Operations, overseeing global recruitment efforts. Currently, Carolyn is the Principal Consultant and Owner of Stonefield Talent Advisors, LLC.

Carolyn Stone obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Music Performance - Bassoon from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 1993 to 1997.
