Hyrum Anderson, PMP has extensive work experience in project management and engineering roles. Hyrum is currently working at Hypertherm Associates as the Lead Technical Project Manager, where they oversee project management activities. Prior to this, Hyrum worked at FUJIFILM Dimatix, Inc. as the Technical Project Manager, leading a team of engineers in developing and launching digital print systems. Hyrum was also responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects and implementing project management software solutions. Before that, they worked at HP in various roles, including R&D Project Manager, Technical Alliance Manager, Procurement Engineer, and Hardware Engineer. During their time at HP, Hyrum successfully led cross-functional teams, developed new processes, and coordinated product development and manufacturing processes. Hyrum started their career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Lockheed Martin Missiles & Space, where they designed mechanical components and obtained Department of Defense clearance.
Hyrum Anderson, PMP, earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from California State University, Fullerton, graduating between 1996 and 1998. Additionally, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2013 and completed the "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" course offered by LinkedIn in 2020.
