Joshua Swainston

Joshua Swainston is a skilled marketing and demand generation professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Central Demand Generation Program Manager at Hypertherm since January 2022, Joshua partners with global leaders to develop strategies for demand generation while executing and optimizing global campaigns. Prior to Hypertherm, Joshua worked at OMAX Corporation as the Marketing and Communications Lead, where responsibilities included B2B content development, media relations, and managing a team for targeted campaigns. With a strong foundation in content marketing and digital program execution, Joshua also held roles in maritime and publishing sectors that highlight diverse skills in engineering, writing, and project management. Joshua holds an MBA in Marketing from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor's Degree in English Professional and Creative Writing from Central Washington University.
