Rhonda Germany Ballintyn

Rhonda Germany Ballintyn is the Chair and President of the Germany Ballintyn Education Foundation since January 2018, focusing on benefitting under-represented and under-privileged students. Ballintyn serves on various boards, including as a Director for Public Companies since January 2017, a Board Member and Chair of the Compensation Committee at Hypertherm since November 2018, and as an Advisory Board Member for the Department of Chemical Engineering at the University of Michigan since May 2020. Other significant roles include Dean’s National Council Member at Washington University in St. Louis, Board Member for Business Executives for National Security, Lead Director and Board Member at Zapata Computing, and former Board Member at Integra LifeSciences and Aegion Corporation. Ballintyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering and Molecular Biology from the University of Michigan and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from the University of Connecticut School of Business.
