Steve Monteverdi

Steve Monteverdi has several years of experience in human resources and business partnership roles. Steve most recently served as the Senior Director of People Business Partnership at Hypertherm, where they played a key role in driving the company's culture and customer experience. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Pharmavite, where they led a team and focused on aligning HR strategies with business goals. Before joining Pharmavite, Steve held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Schneider Electric, where they served as a business partner to senior executives and successfully supported the company's revenue growth.

Steve Monteverdi earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Boston College. Steve also completed the Human Resource Management Certificate Program at the University of Texas - Continuing & Extended Education.
