Arun Prakash

Arun Prakash has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and companies. Arun started their career as an Associate-Product Engineer at Roots Industries Ltd in 2005 and worked there until 2008. Arun then joined Nous Infosystems as a Business Development Executive--SAP, where they were responsible for starting and growing the ERP business in the Coimbatore branch. After working at Nous Infosystems for two years, Arun joined BIS - Bolas Intelli Solution as a Business Development Manager for a brief period before transitioning to AG Tech Convergence in 2010.

At AG Tech Convergence, Arun started as a Key Account Manager and successfully turned the division into a profitable one within a year. Arun managed the sales and technical teams and actively worked on increasing the number of active accounts, including government and large group companies. After serving as a Key Account Manager for four years, Arun took on the role of a Business Development Manager at AG Tech Convergence, where they generated leads for group companies and sold licenses and services to telecom companies in Algeria. Arun also played a pivotal role in increasing sales by 75% through the development of channel partner relationships and conducting competitive analysis. Arun continued their journey at AG Tech Convergence as a Business Manager - Enterprise Solutions, where they were responsible for achieving sales targets, analyzing request for proposals, managing pricing decisions, and supervising the complete sales cycle.

Most recently, Arun joined HyperThink Systems in 2020 as a Senior Business Development Manager.

Arun Prakash earned an MBA degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from Bharathiar University, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Annamalai University, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. In addition to their formal education, Arun Prakash has also obtained certifications including the Alteryx Sales Certification from Alteryx, awarded in November 2020, and ACL 105 and ACL Technical certifications from ACL.
