Nicola Lamell has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Starting in 2012, Lamell worked as a Student Advisor and Enrolments at Open Universities Australia. In 2013, they had a marketing internship at Furnishing International Magazine & FashionTrend Magazine. In 2014, Lamell joined kikki.K as a Solutions Specialist until 2017. Concurrently in 2015, they served as a Social Media Content Manager at Aston Social until 2016. Lamell volunteered as a Marketing Volunteer at The National Trust of Australia (Victoria) for a few months in 2017. In the same year, Lamell joined Hypetap as an Account Executive and gradually climbed the corporate ladder, becoming an Account Manager in 2019, a Senior Account Manager in 2021, and finally an Account Director in September 2022, their current role.
Nicola Lamell received their Bachelor of Business (Marketing) degree from Monash University, which they pursued from 2011 to 2016. Prior to that, they completed their International Baccalaureate degree at Wesley College, spanning from 1997 to 2010. In addition to their formal education, Nicola obtained the Facebook Certified Digital Marketing Associate certification in May 2020, issued by Facebook.
