Hung Chang

Hung Chang serves as the Head of Global Legal Strategy at NetEase Games since July 2023, focusing on supporting operations outside of China. From January 2007, Hung has also served as a Legal Advisor for Hyphen, a non-profit magazine dedicated to Asian American issues. Prior experience includes roles as Associate General Counsel at Worldcoin, where strategic leadership on hardware and software legal issues was provided, and as Director, Senior Product Counsel at Workday, overseeing legal strategies concerning data privacy and artificial intelligence. Previous positions also include Director of Intellectual Property & Open Source Counsel at HARMAN International, managing global privacy compliance. Hung Chang holds a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a BSE in Civil Engineering from Tulane University.
