Joana Oliveira Baptista is a Service Designer at Hyphen Digital Experience, currently working on the Via Verde project. With a background in graphic and UX/UI design, Joana has also worked at companies like Aubay Portugal and Justavenda Leiloreira. Boasting a wealth of experience as a freelance designer and in marketing roles, Joana also has a Master's Degree in Psicomotricidade Relacional and a degree in Graphic Design from IADE.
