Luís de Matos

Luís de Matos is a seasoned professional in Human Resources and Corporate Strategy, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member for LUSOFLY and LUSOFLY Academy since September 2021, and as a Senior Corporate HR Advisor at Hyphen Digital Experience since June 2017. Luís has extensive experience in corporate HR roles across various organizations, including positions as HR Director at Portugal Telecom Investimentos Internacionais and Head of Corporate HR Services at ZON Multimédia. With a strong focus on human capital development and organizational innovation, Luís has contributed to the design and operation of Corporate Universities, performance appraisal systems, and training programs. Luís holds a Master's degree in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico and a Post-Graduation in Advanced Management from AESE / IESE - Business School.
