Alyssa Piercy

As the Human Resources Director for Hyphen Solutions, Alyssa manages the function, culture, and impact of HR across the Company; in support of its business goals and objectives as well as the needs and ambitions of its employees. She is responsible for talent acquisition, employee education and development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and cultural development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and government and compliance.

Before joining Hyphen, Alyssa worked for Ben E. Keith as an HR Representative and at Weatherford International in an accelerated HR development program that exposes high-potential recent graduates to all global sectors of HR. Alyssa received a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Oklahoma and M.S. in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University.
