Arnav Garg

Arnav Garg has diverse work experience spanning over 18 years, starting from their early career at Cognizant as a Programming Analyst. ARNAV then worked at Tata Consultancy Services as an Assistant Systems Engineer, where they developed code and provided technical solutions for projects, including TCS BaNCS. Arnav later joined IBM as a Team Lead, where they led code development, gathered requirements, and ensured support for various applications. At SapientNitro, they served as a Senior Associate Program Manager, focusing on business objectives, project management, and creating project roadmaps. After that, Arnav worked at Nagarro as a Delivery Manager, leading digital transformation initiatives and tracking product progress. ARNAV then moved to PeopleStrong as an AVP Product, where they defined product vision and strategy, managed market requirements, and collaborated with cross-functional teams. Most recently, Arnav worked at SirionLabs as an Associate Director Product, responsible for defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as managing market and customer requirements. ARNAV is currently working as a Product Director at Betterworks.

Arnav Garg has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical Engineering from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, which they obtained from 2001 to 2005. ARNAV later pursued a Post Graduate Program in Management with a specialization in Information Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, completing it from 2012 to 2013. Arnav also completed a 1-month program in Advanced Analytics from Michigan State University in 2013. In 2020 to 2021, they obtained a PG Diploma in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence from upGrad.com. Arnav has additional certifications in Learning Management Systems (LMS) Quick Start from LinkedIn (obtained in 2018), Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (obtained in 2013), Sun certified java professional from Sun (obtained in 2010), and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance.
