Bharat Devisetti

Bharat Devisetti has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Bharat is currently working at Betterworks as the Lead Product Manager, where they oversee the adoption and growth of various modules and integrations. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Product Manager at Betterworks, where they developed a module called 'Meetings' and a new version of a bot in MS Teams to increase overall usage and employee engagement.

Before joining Betterworks, Bharat worked at PTW as a Senior Product Manager and Product Manager. In these roles, they mentored junior product managers, led a team of designers, conducted market research, and analyzed competitive landscapes. Bharat also built HRMS tools and project management tools to support various regions and LOBs.

Earlier in their career, Bharat worked at hedgehog lab as a Manager, overseeing product and agile project management. Bharat co-founded and served as the Product Manager at Gleefie - Discover Live Entertainment, where they created and managed the product, defined strategies, and conducted market research.

Bharat's work experience also includes roles at Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure as a Senior Software Analyst and Software Analyst, where they played key roles in enhancing products, collaborating with stakeholders, and deploying software solutions.

Furthermore, Bharat gained experience as a Summer Intern at Electronics Corporation of India Limited (ECIL), where they contributed to projects under the Department of Atomic Energy.

Bharat Devisetti completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from GMR Institute Of Technology, where they studied from 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained certifications in the fields of Product Management from Duke Corporate Education in 2020 and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in 2019.
