C S Sriram

C S Sriram has a diverse range of work experience. C S Sriram started their career as a Software Engineer at Wipro Technologies in 2003. C S Sriram then moved on to Huawei and worked as an Associate Software Engineer, where they also took on additional responsibilities such as managing the snack center and coffee machine. After that, they worked at IP Unity Communications Pvt Ltd as a Test Engineer, where they were involved in various testing tasks and script development.

In 2007, Sriram joined Wichorus as a Senior Software Engineer, where they had a comfortable position and managed a small team. C S Sriram later co-founded La Bordello, a business centered around intellectual conversations. However, this venture was short-lived.

In 2010, Sriram joined Paxterra Solutions Inc as a Manager Engineering and then became the Chief Software Architect. C S Sriram was responsible for creating applications while also deciding the company's technology direction.

From 2014 to 2018, Sriram co-founded and served as the CTO of Whyable Technologies.

Currently, Sriram is employed at Betterworks, where they held different roles, including Senior Director of Engineering and Director of Engineering. In these roles, they were involved in product development, managing teams, and mentoring others.

C S Sriram completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics and Communication from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, where their field of study included electronics, communication, ornithology, peanut frying, dumb charades, and ticketless travelling. C S Sriram also obtained several certifications, including DevOps Foundations: Lean and Agile, Betterworks OKR masters certification, Scrum: Advanced, Scrum: The Basics, Chief Technology Officer Career Guide, Managing Virtual Teams, Designing RESTful APIs, and Data Science Foundations: Fundamentals, all from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
