Vittorio Amos Ziparo

Vittorio Amos Ziparo is the current CTO and EVP of Engineering at Outrider. Vittorio has also held positions at iRobot and GommaPlay Srl. At iRobot, they were the Director of Software Engineering and the software lead for Terra. At GommaPlay Srl, they were the founder and their task was primarily entrepreneurial which included customer development and raising the first round of investments from business angels. Vittorio has also been a member of the Commission for the selection of personnel at Azienda Territoriale per l'Edilizia Residenziale di Roma and the founder of Algorithmica S.r.l.

Vittorio Amos Ziparo has a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and Robotics from Dipartimento di Informatica e Sistemistica Antonio Ruberti, Facoltà di Ingegneria, Sapienza Università di Roma. Vittorio also has a Masters in Computer Engineering from Sapienza Università di Roma. In addition, they have various certifications from Coursera in topics such as Improving Deep Neural Networks: Hyperparameter tuning, Regularization and Optimization, Structuring Machine Learning Projects, Neural Networks and Deep Learning, as well as certifications from Global Knowledge in AWS Technical Essentials and Architecting on AWS. Finally, they also have a certification in Machine Learning from Coursera.
