Michael Romero

Michael Romero has extensive experience in demand generation and marketing operations, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Demand Generation at Betterworks since March 2021. Prior to this role, Michael worked at GuideSpark from December 2014 to January 2020, where responsibilities included managing a team of five SDRs, overseeing various sales and marketing tools, and implementing automation processes to enhance operational efficiency. Michael played a key role in planning and executing webinars, developing marketing materials, and implementing the first MQL scoring process at GuideSpark. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Santa Clara University, Michael combines strong marketing skills with a background in digital filmmaking.
