Rob Budzinski

Rob Budzinski has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Rob started their career as a Senior Systems Analyst at The Hershey Company in 1997, where they implemented the Benefits Administration Module. Rob then worked as an Independent PeopleSoft Consultant at ACS-GSG, Williams Corporation, and The Hershey Company, where they focused on benefit administration and system improvements. In 2001, they joined The Hershey Company again as an Independent PeopleSoft Consultant, responsible for the development and support of the PeopleSoft HRMS for over 15,000 employees. In 2004, they became the HR Systems Manager at American Educational Services/PHEAA, overseeing the implementation and support of human resource systems.

In 2005, Budzinski joined SuccessFactors, an SAP Company, as a Senior Professional Services Consultant, and subsequently held multiple roles including Global Services Manager, Sr. Manager Business Transformation Services, Practice Manager, and Practice Director of Professional Services. Rob was responsible for implementing SuccessFactors' suite of products, building and managing service teams, and working closely with customers and prospects to design and sell services solutions.

In 2015, they joined Rizing HCM as the Regional Vice President of Professional Services, leading a remote professional services practice for delivery of cloud products. Rob later became the Vice President of Solution Services Sales.

In 2019, Budzinski joined Betterworks as the Senior Director of Professional Services and later became the Vice President of Professional Services. Rob played a key role in growing the service team, expanding into new regions, and establishing partnerships.

Currently, Budzinski is working as a Part-Time Corporate Faculty at Harrisburg University of Science and Technology since 2023.

Rob Budzinski has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Temple University Graduate School. Rob also holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Marketing from PennWest Edinboro. Furthermore, they have obtained various certifications including Change Management Foundations, 360-Degree Feedback, Building Trust, Holding Yourself Accountable, PeopleDoc Level 1 Solution Consultant Certification, Level 1 Presales Consultant - US and Canada, SAP Level 1: Sales Executive Certification (US and Canada), SuccessFactors Certified Professional - Align & Perform, SuccessFactors Certified Professional - Compensation, SuccessFactors Certified Professional - Variable Pay, SuccessFactors Align and Perform Certification, and SuccessFactors Perform and Reward Certification.
