Kevin Cox has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Kevin began their career at NYU Housing Systems, where they started as a work-study IT helper and eventually became a full-time software engineer. During their time there, they developed administrative desktop GUI applications using Omnis and Frontbase SQL, as well as web applications using PHP and JavaScript.

Kevin then worked at Schematic as a software engineer, focusing on open source and Java platforms. Kevin later joined Aloha Challenge / Symbilingo, a language education startup, as a partner and software architect.
