Neal Kettler

Neal Kettler is an accomplished Principal Engineer at Hypnos Entertainment, Inc. since October 2022, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Principal Engineer at Riot Games, where involvement in R&D for popular titles such as League of Legends and Legends of Runeterra occurred from November 2012 to July 2022. As Technical Director at Paragon Studios, from May 2010 to November 2012, Neal led engine selection and architectural decisions for a new project under NCSoft. Prior to that, Neal served as Lead Programmer at Vigil Games on the Warhammer 40K MMO and as Sr. Server Programmer at both Sony Online Entertainment and Westwood/Electronic Arts, contributing to well-known titles like Everquest 2 and Command & Conquer series. Neal's career began as a Programmer at NETdelivery, Inc., following the attainment of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Colorado State University.
