Wendy Kammerman Laduca

Wendy K. LaDuca, Esq. serves as General Counsel and Senior Vice President at Executive 1 Holding Company, LLC and its subsidiaries, including HumanTouch, CorasCloud, and Plasticity, since July 2017. Previously, Wendy held the position of Senior Attorney at Squire Patton Boggs from May 2013 to May 2017, focusing on corporate and securities law related to mergers and acquisitions, as well as corporate governance. Prior experience includes serving as Director at Kalorama Partners LLC and as an Associate at Muldoon, Murphy & Aguggia LLP, where extensive work on corporate and securities matters was undertaken. Early legal experience includes an Associate role at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, participating in high-profile transactions for major clients. Wendy earned a JD from the University at Buffalo School of Law and a BA in Archeology and Art History from the University at Albany, SUNY.
