Janrae Valencia is a seasoned technical support and operations professional with extensive experience in managing teams and delivering exceptional service. Currently serving as a Technical Support Specialist at Hypothesis since July 2023, Janrae previously held the position of Operations Team Lead at Sitel Group from April 2016 to July 2023, where responsibilities included managing a team of agents and enhancing operational processes.
