Joss Mory is an experienced associate consultant at Hypothesis Group, with a background in music education and ethnomusicology. Previous roles include senior analyst, part-time music faculty at Seattle Pacific University, and adjunct professor of music at Highline College, where Joss developed courses focused on music, dance, and social justice. In addition, Joss served as a graduate student instructor and research assistant at the University of Washington, contributing to various courses and the Ethnomusicology Archives. Joss's work encompasses research on traditional music and technology in Zimbabwe and initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in music education. Joss holds a PhD and MA in ethnomusicology from the University of Washington, along with degrees in music theory and ecology from the University of Idaho and UC Irvine, respectively.
