Blair Jacobs

Blair Jacobs is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software development and architectural roles. Currently serving as a Coding Architect at HYPR NZ since August 2017, Blair specializes in Typescript, NodeJS, React, and cloud technologies including AWS and Azure, with a focus on digital transformation and Agile team mentoring. As CTO of Pollin8 since February 2018, Blair is involved in developing IoT platforms utilizing machine learning and various programming technologies. Additionally, Blair has held leadership positions at Software Electronics Services Ltd as Director, and previously has contributed to notable projects at Glidepath Group, Integrated Control Technology, and Datacom, demonstrating a strong background in cloud migration, software architecture, and team development. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Auckland.
