Ulrika Ledmyr

Ulrika Ledmyr is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as Nationell HR-chef at Hyresgästföreningen since April 2023, Ulrika is responsible for establishing a new national HR unit comprising 50% newly hired staff. Prior to this role, Ulrika held positions such as HR Manager at HABITEK, overseeing HR operations for a group with approximately 120 employees, and HR Director at Vironova AB, where the focus was on biotechnology and nanoparticle analysis. Additional experience includes significant HR roles at organizations such as the Royal Institute of Art, Delphi, The Royal Swedish Academy of Sciences, Abaris AB, Proffice AB, and ISS Facility Services Sweden. Ulrika holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources and Labor Law from Stockholm University and is furthering leadership training at IHM Business School.
