Neha Mathur is an experienced entrepreneur and executive in the hospitality and recruitment sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at HYRGPT since June 2023, where the platform utilizes Generative AI for expedited and unbiased recruitment processes. Prior to this, Neha co-founded Personifwy in January 2021 and held the title of Chief Business Officer until June 2023. Previous roles include co-founding WishYogi India Pvt Ltd, serving as State Director at GuestHouser, and various key positions including Corporate Head of Rooms Division at Sterling Holiday Resorts Limited and General Manager at Della Adventure & Resorts Pvt Ltd. Neha's career began at Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces, followed by significant tenure at Marriott International, where a progression from Guest Service Associate to Resident Manager was achieved. Neha holds multiple degrees in hospitality and management, including from the University of California, Berkeley, and The University of Huddersfield.
