Gede Foster

Gede Foster is a seasoned fitness professional with extensive experience in various roles within the industry. Currently serving as Hyrox MC and Hyrox Ambassador since June 2022, Gede is also the Director of Fitness & Performance and Head of Fitness at Fiit since February 2019. Previous experience includes acting as an Under Armour Athlete from February 2021 to July 2023, and serving as a Sweaty Betty Ambassador & Coach from January 2013 to January 2021. Additionally, Gede contributed as a Coach for Stylist Magazine from January 2019 to March 2020. Earlier roles include Head of Fitness, Creative Master Trainer, Master Trainer, and Certified Pilates Instructor at FRAME from 2012 to 2019. Gede holds an education from the London Studio Centre and specializes as a female strength coach.
