Maja Janzen serves as the Global Head of Licensing & Athletes Management at HYROX, where a significant achievement includes expanding event offerings from 30 to over 70 annually for the 2024/2025 season. With a strong background in operational management, Maja previously held roles that involved leading global rollout strategies and implementing data-driven practices. Experience includes marketing and project management roles with Tchibo and The IRONMAN Group, alongside significant contributions to notable sports events such as the ITU World Triathlon and the Sparkassen Münsterland Giro. Maja holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Science from the University of Münster and a Master of Arts in Communication and Management from HS Osnabrück.
