Kai Jian Yap

Kai Jian Yap's work experience includes a role as a Research and Development Engineer at Hysata since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Barista at Soul Origin from January 2019 to July 2021, where they focused on providing excellent customer service and collaborating with a dynamic team. Before that, they gained experience as a Mechanical Engineering Intern at NS BlueScope from April 2018 to July 2018, where they implemented time-saving maintenance methodologies and improved safety measures. Additionally, they worked as an Automotive Mechanic Intern at Hua Motor Works Sdn Bhd from January 2017 to December 2017, where they excelled in diagnosing mechanical failures and delivering high-quality repairs.

Kai Jian Yap completed a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from INTI International College Subang from 2016 to 2018. Subsequently, from 2019 to 2020, Kai pursued a Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Honours) as a Scholar at the University of Wollongong. In April 2021, Kai obtained a Professional Graduate certification from Engineers Australia. Additionally, in March 2021, Kai acquired a certification in Responsive Web Design from freeCodeCamp.
