Michael Pompa

Michael Pompa has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Michael is currently employed at HYSON Metal Forming Solutions as a Design Engineer since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Beverage-Air as a Design Engineer from 2016 to 2022, where they were responsible for designing and revising parts of commercial refrigeration units. Michael also had experience at George L. Wilson & Co., Inc. as a Warehouse Worker and Bridge Bracket Designer in 2016, and at Rocket Works: Sustainable Stove Company as a Stove Designer and Machine Shop Manager in 2015. In 2014, they worked as a Research and Development Specialist at BURN Design Lab, and in 2013, they reviewed and modified engineering planning and scheduling templates at Accro Tool Enterprises.

Michael Pompa attended Central Catholic High School from 2009 to 2012 where they completed their high school education. Afterward, they enrolled at the University of Dayton from 2012 to 2016, earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
