Steve Reilly has a diverse work experience in engineering and management roles. Steve started their career at GE Aviation as a Design Engineer, working on hot section structural components for military aircraft engines. Steve then joined Cummins Inc. as a Design Engineer, where they were responsible for designing concept engines and developing a patented air filtration system. Steve later worked at Crane Aerospace & Electronics as a Senior Project Engineer, leading the certification process for fuel pumps on the F22 aircraft. At HYSON Metal Forming Solutions, they held various positions including Associate Product Manager, Quality Manager, Engineering Manager, and Senior Engineer. In their roles at HYSON, Steve played a significant role in growing a new product line and directing strategic company decisions. Steve also led the design and construction of new facilities and focused on ensuring the right talent fit within the engineering team.
Steve Reilly obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Baldwin Wallace University, where they attended from 2013 to 2015.
