Laure Fontaine

Laure Fontaine is an experienced professional in operations management, with a focus on production, logistics, quality control, and financial reporting. Currently serving as Chargée d'opérations at HYSOPE since April 2023, Laure is responsible for sales forecasting, stock management, and KPI tracking. Previously, as Chef de projet des opérations at Miap from March 2021 to October 2022, Laure facilitated client onboarding and enhanced customer satisfaction through the implementation of organizational tools. Laure's background includes a role as Consultante en sécurité alimentaire at BVC EXPERTISE, where audits and corrective actions were central. Laure also has experience in R&D and quality management for a start-up, developing nutritional guidelines and planning. With a degree in Agroalimentaire from ISA Lille and an Erasmus semester at Universidad Politécnica de Valencia, Laure possesses a strong educational foundation.
