Nick S.

Nick S. has a wealth of experience in software engineering and leadership roles. Nick began their career in 2007 as a Software Engineering Intern at Smolensk State University, where they were responsible for developing the backend of a website for the Physics and Mathematics department. In 2008, they joined OfficeRecovery LLP as a Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead, where they were responsible for a range of top products and implemented the OfficeRecovery Online cloud-based solution. In 2012, they moved to DirectRestore LLC as the Director of Engineering, leading the company to a successful acquisition by Axcient Inc. In 2014, they joined Axcient as the Director of Engineering, where the company was named a Leader in 2016 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Disaster Recovery as a Service. Finally, in 2016, Nick S. founded and became the CEO of Hystax, a leader in cross-cloud disaster recovery and cloud migration, which has recently introduced a multi-cloud cost governance platform.

Nick S. obtained a Master's Degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Smolensk State University in 2010, graduating Cum Laude. In 2012, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
